Hello!
I’m Audrey VerO
I’m a registered and licensed dietitian who believes proper nutrition and a healthy relationship with food are vital to feeling your absolute best.
My approach is realistic, down-to-earth, and focused on empowering others to take control of their health. I will not just tell you what to do — I will teach you why.
My passion for nutrition comes from my lifetime love of all things food and fitness. Since beginning my career, it has been very clear that my calling is to teach others how to improve their lives by using food as medicine. I take an evidence-based, non-judgmental, non-diet approach to nutrition. Grounded in Functional Nutrition, I integrate Clinical Practice, Holistic Health, and Mindful Eating Principles to support your health goals.
I strive to help patients replace food anxiety with the idea that good nutrition feels like a breath of fresh air – natural and necessary.
